Nokia X2 — complaining about the nokia care service

dear sir,
I purchased the Nokia x2 on[protected] at Dilshad Garden.After 2 or 3 days my phone began to create problem like hanging, self switch off, USB not connect etc.I went to Nokia care to solve my problem but their employees misbehave with me and my problem still not solve.that's why i m very disappoint with the Nokia care service.Provided that i went to again Nokia Care but I saw same behavior with me.so i request to you that please take action against the Nokia care which is in Dilshad Garden in East Delhi.

Even then I did not say anything and after waiting 4 hour I came back at home.
