The nokia customer care worst.

I had given my NOKIA X-6 on November 1st 2010 for flickering on the display. On repeated phone calls and enquiries I was asked to come and collect the handset on 1st December 2010 which I did so. I noticed that the touch pad was not working which was working well when I had given the handset for repair. I waited and they said they have replaced the touch pad and asked me to check and come back. I again visited your nokia center four times with the same fault continuously for four days. On the fourth day they asked me to leave it with them so that they can check and repair the handset, and I did so.
On 16th December I personally visited your Nokia center to collect the handset after receiving a phone call that it is working. When I collected it they promised that it was working perfectly, though the outer cover of the handset was in a bad condition which they said would happen when it is opened for repair. After coming home, and inserting the sim card again the handset was malfunctioning, the touch pad not working. Again we went to the center the next day the 17th December to enquire what to do. They have promised to replace the touch pad, on receipt of new ones within ten days.

I would like to bring to their notice that
1. Its been over 45 days since we have been visiting your care center with no avail
2. The handset is new (purchased abroad in May 2010), but on repeated use by your technicians the handset looks damaged
3. The handset is very expensive one, and your inefficient technicians have damaged its value to ZERO.
4. I had handed over the handset for flickering of the display and a new problem was created by your technicians for which they do not have any solutions and the handset is not usable.

The problems created by your center is beyond the terms and conditions laid out on their invoice.
