Nokia X6 — PHONE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I have purchased Nokia X6 on 18 May 2010 from Nokia dealer (M/s i ZONE Dubai bazar Calict).
Invoice No:429, Dated 18 June 2010. I am extremely upset with the mobile phone. It does not work properly since I have purchased. Most of time when I want to make urgent call, it remains in hanged conditions, touch screen and virtual key either do not work or erratic behaviour is observed. The problem was referred to the Nokia Care, Land Ship Mall calicut, many times, for warranty replacement of the set since the problem is detected in the 3rd month of my purchase, and it is still persisting.

M/s Nokia Customer Care (Happy Creations NOKIA CARE Calicut) They repair my set three times under warranty.And its last Job sheet no is[protected]/110525/67. Date 25 may 2011. Now I have to leave the set there. They have to try many options like software upgradation and other trouble shooting, etc. etc. for repairing the set. Now plan re forward the handset to the company.

I am greatly concerned since I cannot leave the instrument for repair and that too it is not even three month old. I am extremely unhappy with the set. When I want to use the phone for making urgent call or a message, it is not working (stuck up/hanged). Also, I understand that this problem is there in every X6 sets launched by Nokia. In that case, M/s Nokia must stop selling these sets and replace these sets already sold by any other sets of customer's choice.

I don't get any call or mail from NOKIA till now. From my experience, I wont recommend any Nokia products to my friends and colleagues.
