Hello Friends,

I am happy that such portals exist for expressing your views on a product/ service.

I had purchased a Nokia phone 2255 a year back. It never gave me any problems till 12 month of the purchase. But in th e12th Month, it developed a serious automatic on off problem, the flap phone was not functionnong.

I decided to take the same to a customer care center in my area, was surprised to know that there was only one in Andheri for CDMA handsets. I was made to wait for 2 hrs. They opened my phone turned a few screws here and there and then said that its a level 2 problem and they cant touch the same, I would have to go to peninsula customer care repair center to repair the same.
when my turn came, was promptly instructed that the phone is out of warenty period and that they would charge me 1000 rs to touch the phone and 3000 to repair the same.
I called the customer care number and informed them of the issue, the lady told me that there is a 20 days extended warenty by default. Even though the same was communicated to the repair guy at the center, he did not address my complaint.

Since, I had purchased my phone from an authoirised Nokia priority dealer, yet was given a shabby treatment. I did feel cheated that for a factory defect., a consumer had to pay for the pain and undergo a agony .

My community has decided not to buy NOKIA products in future. So be carefull of buying them. I am not saying all this to discourage you form buying, but bring to your notice the pathetic service which may be in store for you also.
I have switched to a different brand and found the service nuch better and professional and customer friednly

This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, it first developed problems with the keys nad was not able to use the navigation keys as well as the number keys, took it to nokia care they fixed the problem and said it would not occur again.Later it started dialling numbers on its own once the slider was operated again it was taken to the nokia care and they fixed it again, now this is the third time it developed a snag in the camera and the image fades when the flash is ON now they have kept it with them to rectify that.The demo games are also not working and is giving problems there in.
I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and i have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 0558083.It has been currently given to the Nokia Care at 30/28, East Patel Nagar, N.Delhi and the Job Sheet no is APAINY[protected]. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

nokia1200 — delay in work & charging more than estimated value..

My mobile model-nokia1200, EMI number [protected] is been given in nokia care { telesphere, sco no.385 first floor, sector-8, panchkula } from 18th of january and till 15th of febraury they didn't repaired my mobile.The estimated expenditure given by nokia care was rs.500 and now they are asking for rs.800 which is more than 80% of the current value of new mobile.i need your response as soon as possible otherwise i have to knock the doors of consumer court...
