[Resolved]  Nokia2626 — menu pad keys not functioning properly

I purchased a nokia2626 for my daughter on[protected] at Guntur having IMEI No.[protected] and within 10 days of its purchase the menu key was found improperly functioning and I went to the nokia care personnel for its repair and they said to collect after 20 days.Now, i want to ask that what is the assurance that the complaint repair will not occur again when it has occured after 10 days of its purchase?. I think when such major problem has occured soon after getting the phone the company should hold its soul responsibility and replace it with a new piece rather than its repair.We have believed in nokia for the past 10 years and hope they don't break our believe and make us feel good to have associated with the company for so long by doing the best way possible to solve my problem.

NOKIA2626 — Regarding proper service

There is a problem in my mobile.ringing tone is not audible. my mobile is under warranty but nokia service center not shotout the problem.

NOKIA2626 — neither replacing nor repairing the product under warranty period.

i purchased a NOKIA mobile phone from 'DEXTERSDIGITAL LAB' situated at 15-Mangalam Place, Shop no-G-7/G-8,NN Mall, Sec-3, Rohini, New Delhi-85 on 7th of August 2007, with wich i got a warranty for 12 months. Now i discovered that the phone i purchased is not functioning wel . Being it in warranty period i tried to get it either be replaced or to be repaired. But the service center is refusing to repair this problem.
