Telecom — Not receiving PF amount

Dear Team,

My PF A/c No. HR / 6571 / 1596. I have worked for 21 Month’s in Shyam Telecom Ltd. 346 Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. My Employee Id was 336.I have submitted all pf form in my company before 6 month’s but I thing he is not forward any form to our main pf office. SO still I am not getting any feedback / payment. I already spoke to Mr. Sushil Gupta on this Number – [protected] our company hr person at Gurgaon Office. He told me he is already submitted all pf form in main pf office. So please help for the same & revert back urgently.
