Sub: Kind Solicitation for Initiating Stringent Legal Measures and Action without Prejudice against the Illegal Intruders and their Nefarious Enterprises and Associated Criminal Acts and Offensive Activities

I am Maneesha, d/o Mr. Manohar, of aged 28 residing permanently at the above-mentioned address along with my parents.

I am carrying a Reliance hand phone (mobile) of its number +(91) [protected] with prepaid connection of Reliance Communication.

I have been noticing and confronting for a few months that some unidentified persons who have been practicing and engaging in committing nefarious offensive acts and activities by deliberately and illegally coming across and into my line and making disruption, disturbance and annoyance when I am having talk with my Malayalee Friend, Dr. Sunil who has been residing at the Republic of Singapore as a Permanent Resident and Citizen. When it was noticed at first a few months ago, I haven’t suspected much except an Accidental Cross Connection but later I came to know and realize that some Unidentified Person(s)-Illegal Intruders purposefully, intentionally and deliberately come across my line as Illegal Intruders and watching and listening the conversation that I am making with my friend and making disturbance and annoyance in between our conversations (in the line) in the form of making unwanted noise and disconnecting the line and even they had a talk with me and my friend who has been in Singapore by disconnecting one of our lines, i.e. When I am having a talk with my friend from my Mobile either to his land phone or hand phone or from his land phone[protected] or hand phone(Mobile[protected] to my hand phone (mobile) these Illegal Intruders coming into in between our line and take over the entire control upon our conversation and either of our lines is cut off and start either having a talk with my friend in Singapore by disconnecting my line or the line of my friend is cut off and having a talk with me OR the line is disconnected or making nonsensical voice, beeps, unwanted sounds and disturbances. Normally, the Illegal Intruders coming into our line and behave like decent gentlemen and start talking decent at first and later with Pornography and extreme vulgarities in malicious and obnoxious verbal abuses and abusive languages. We also do strongly suspect that they have been intentionally, deliberately and illegally recording my conversation that I am making with my friend in Singapore and vice versa without any reason(s) to specify in particular.

Taking the above mentioned matters into serious account I complained to relevant and concerned authorities particularly Reliance Communication Grievance cell and Kesba Police Station, Pallurithy, Cochin. My place of residence comes under the jurisdiction of Kesba Police Station, Palluruthy.

My friend in Singapore also lodged Complaints to Singapore Police and Telecom Authority in Singapore (SingTel-Singapore Telecom) in regard to this issue.

My friend and I were put into deeper injury, pain and agony and have been with, due to the extreme bitter experience we have been confronting for a few months resulted from the Nefarious Enterprises and Associated Malicious and Obnoxious Acts and Offensive Activities of the Illegal Intruders who have been engaging with and committing against and upon me and my friend, that cannot be justified in any legal or moral platforms.

As the matter is very important and even highly sensitive I kindly solicit and entreat down to earth to your good self to conduct and initiate an immediate and earliest department level intensive thorough Probe, Inquiry and Investigation and stringent legal measures and action may kindly be taken against the nefarious enterprises and associated offensive acts and activities upon which the illegal intruders have been engaging with and such criminal acts which are deliberately and challengingly being committed by illegal intruders and the antisocial elements without any control, inhibition and stoppage even after our repeated solicitations and prayers. I also kindly pray your good self to send me the details of the investigation report for lodging a criminal complaint against the illegal intruders (accused) apart from the departmental action and forwarding action and suggestion to Police to lodge further complaint against the culprits.

Hence, I kindly pray and solicit your good self once again to do the needful, at the earliest, notwithstanding the possibilities of matter. Thanking you.
