[Resolved]  Numeric UPS — No service from Numeric for complaints

Chennai, Tamil Nadu

My numeric ups serial number : YT[protected], model : digital 600 ex
I have given complaints 2 times to service UPS for the same problem
Complaint numbers :
chn080302
chn190429

I did not get any service till date for any of my complaint after following up multiple times also
When I contacted again today, they have informed me that service engineer called to my mobile and my mobile is not reachable.
