[Resolved]  OJJAS ENTERPRISES — Defective product

Sify Shopping Mall — Non dispatching of things in specified time

I have ordered a thing through Sify online shopping mall on last friday 24/10/2008.They stated the things will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.Also they said the good had dispatched.But still today (3/10/2008), I have not received that.I have also made complaint to the concerned dept of the company.Complaint reference number is 7726025.Please assist me.

Hello Sir,

This is complain against sify mall. I have ordered 2 Qty massager on 21/11/08 and payment for the same was deducted on the same day instantly. Next day, I courier company guy came with product which was damaged. I had returned that package and informed company regarding it.

I was always commited that I will be contact by concern team. But, even after 10 days, I had not received any email nither they contact me regarding status.

I am very fraustrated. As, I am not getting satisfactory reply from this company.

When I contact them in LIVE CHAT, they always skip by telling that your complain has been forwarded to concern team. But, concern team has never ever contact me.

I also sent 5 emails but none were responded.

I would request you to kindly take strcit action against them and needfull to the consumer.

i was first all provided me after a long delay of one month while site informed about delivery in 7 working days next thing the product does not worked properly frm the date of delivery i complaint for servicing as it is under warranty period but their not yet any response although i submitted my complaint in company on 22nd nov. sir i will be very grateful of you plz concern about my problem..my order no. was s[protected]m

bpl two in one — cd player not working

i would like to know the address of any company authorised outlet for repairing my bpl two in one (radio/tape/cd player)

I purchased, 1- Pen Recorder+Camera+Video Recorder, through Sify mall.
Itwas from OJJAS (As said by executive from Sify).
It reached me safe but
It has no Installation CD !, No Literature !, No Instruction Guide !, No Brochure ! NOTHING !!
Now
My PC does not recognise it (Says it is mall functioning!)
Its Orange Light can notbe switched OFF (It is ON all the time)
I dont know even whether it is working or not (No way to test)
Kindly send me CD or Guide or any kind of relevant help & oblige me.

Although ojjas enterprises have mention in advertisements for BPL TV.(also atteched advertisements)

No reply there.

Kindly replace my remote and any kind of relevant help & oblige me.

Sorry to disturb you, I Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad hereby state that I have received mini sewing Machine on 9th July 2010 through rediff shopp costing Rs. 749 plus delivary charges Rs.20 against my order no. 5966784 at Worli Mumbai. The product found not in order and is not working from the very first day.

I have purchased one Digitel make mobile handset from Rediff shopping and Vender name is OJJAS ENTERPRISES. I have paid INR 1375/- by credit card .We found that the mobile set sent was was defective and it is not worthy. I have mailed the problem to Reddiff customer support and Ojjas Enterprises Customer support but we didn't receive any feedback from them.
