[Resolved]  Okaya Battery — not working properly

3 months ago i buy okaya battery from your local dealer in ferozepour paul elec cannt. after 15 days it got dead. with his charger your dealear charged it at my home. after 1 month it again got dead.i again apporched them they again charged it.now after3 month it again got dead,now i apporched company no[protected],they advised me to apporch m/s ram parkash narang & sons.now they are again asking for its charging.
in 3 months your company had charged it 3 times.but it is not working properly.pls arrange to change it with new one,because we had no faith on this battery from the very first day we are suffering.pls arrange to replace it.

OKAYA BATTERY — inspection charging

I purchase okaya battery on 4 April 2010 at Ratlam (M.P.). The battery warranty is 36 months. But the battery check-up service provided by shop is taking charging 40/- or 50/- per check-up. My question is the warranty of battery is 36 months. Why I pay battery check-up charges.
