Mere pass okaya ki 150 AH ki battery hai jisko kharide 3 year ho gye hai uski warrenty 5year ki hai .
Sir okaya ki battery ka backup bahut kharab ho gya hai full charge battery 2 hour me down ho jati hai to sir help me battery ko replace kraye

Okaya battery ki abhi warranty period abhi baki hai laikin ab battery kaam nahi kar rahi hai 30 minute muskil sai chal pati hai jes sai bahut praisani ka saamna karna pad raha hai ham har month ko pani daaltai hai battery bala jo bazar mai bikta hai nahi pani ham nai aajtak battery mai dala hai laikin itni jaldi battery kharaab ho jaigi aisa socha bhi nahi thaa

Sir maine 04/07/2014 mai battery li (Battery ki warranty 36 moth ki h battery ka serial number bqes[protected] hair) jab battery ko 7 month mai only 2h service thi. Jab mai ne okala service centre mai compliant ki to ticket no 252285tha bola tha garpar technician aayega but gar par koi nahi aaya then after 21 moth bad for se call ki but condition is sume

I registered a complaint of the battery on dated: 08/09/2015 with complaint No: OB282455.
service is OKAYA is so poor, till now (11/09/2015) no one executive come against my complaint.
Many times i call to customer care but nothing response came.
Battery is give not backup of a minute so i am feeling vary trouble.
I request to you that resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Regarding replacement of Battery

I had brought a battery from okaya on Dated 25.02.2012 but after two month of purchase it started to trouble me .i have complained many time but no solution has been provided till date.Now they are telling about my battery has been out of warranty as warranty is 36 month.In this regard i have waste 6 of my casual leave and also my battery is in the has of service center since 13.03.2014, Bill no.80.Okaya service center Patna, PH No[protected].

I with My family facing Sever hot now a days with inverter Battery.So please help me to solve my issue as soon as possible.

I'm okaya battery user and i have two year warranty period and i'm many time complain in their customer care office but they not response they dealer Mankay which is dealing in noida region wants money when i was ignore for money then he cant change my battery and one person gaurav which is technical person in okaya both are fake dealing me before 10 days....

BACKUP PROBLEM
I AM PURCHAGING A BATTERY FROM OKAYA BATTERY .AT PATNA (BIHAR) IN JANUARY 15th .2009 .NOW A DAYS IT CAN'T GIVE BACKUP MORE THAN TWO OR THREE HOUR. AND THE DEALER AT PATNA SHOULD NOT WANT TO TAKE ACTION ON IT.I WANT TO REPLACE MY BATTERY WHICH IS ON GARRENTY PERIOD.

OKAYA BATTERY — manufacturing defect
hi iam neeraj sharma resident of mohan garden uttam nagar delhi for last 22/5/11 iam purchase a 500t okaya battery with 860 va microtech inverter from gahrana shop in mohan garden for last 15 days the okaya battry is not working ihave three complaints against it on last saturday ia okaya ingineer is came to my home & told me that the battreey which iam using had manufactring fault & they change it right now but they dont till now so ithought & suggest dot buy any okaya product . Three batteries installed in series by microtek engineer (45Ah/12V) but backup of battery is very poor Why? when load has given 40 Watt only ( backup 3 Hours)
