Sir okaya ki battery ka backup bahut kharab ho gya hai full charge battery 2 hour me down ho jati hai to sir help me battery ko replace kraye...

Okaya battery ki abhi warranty period abhi baki hai laikin ab battery kaam nahi kar rahi hai 30 minute muskil sai chal pati hai jes sai bahut praisani ka saamna karna pad raha hai ham har month ko pani daaltai hai battery bala jo bazar mai bikta hai nahi pani ham nai aajtak battery mai dala hai laikin itni jaldi battery kharaab ho jaigi aisa socha bhi nahi thaa...

I registered a complaint of the battery on dated: 08/09/2015 with complaint No: OB282455. service is OKAYA is so poor, till now (11/09/2015) no one executive come against my complaint.
