friends don't join in back door. they make us fool. they answer for us only before getting the money from our hand.
after that they treat us like a animal.
i[censored] r doing good and working seriously in your task. you don't get a good name. in olivesoft they talk about cricket more than a project. they r blaming us even if do good. no one can work more than a six month in that company. they create some useless reason to terminate. every one in that company is come from back door.

HR; pallavi, senthil both of them come from back door by paying more than a lake
project manager; faking joy, major person in that company are christian. its very bad to say that they are christian.

They don’t have even a single project, they hv only 2 0r 3 small level domestic PHP projects, these consultancies will give u fake promises that you will wrk in .NET domain, JAVA domain before getting money, but once after u get into the company -the 1st shock waiting for you, they will just put in PHP training(i.e, they wont train you anything they will ask you to read from w3school.com and they don’t even clarify your doubts, even this training is their fake fraudery drama ), the trainers are another fraud guys they use to watch youtube and play game during the session, there are some trainers like RAJA funny guy he don’t hv any knowledge that a fresher has useless, the night shift training is the most sympathetic then anything the watch man will act as mater and you’re his slaves .
Im dam sure whomever they recruit they will have u only for the period of maximummmm…. 6 months, they will jus put some bull blame on you another shock is without any pre-intimation (or) warning (or)enquiry, only morning you will enter the office jus like that HR [SARANGAN] or [SURJITH] stop you and say we have terminated you due to disciplinary issue (or) privacy issue (ie. You have sold the client details to third part etc bla bla bla …)
Guys who are currently in the company and fresher’s who currently got cheated by them pls wake up and save your parents hard earned money, don’t allow those culprits to suck your money and dream.
They practice very unethical business and it is waste of time and waste of money if anyone joins their company. They will not do justice to employee community. Only God can punish such type of companies.
