Olivesoft technology solutions private limited. The number one fraud company in chennai. they make every graduate fool. some of them in that company are rajesh, sarangan, raja, surjith and more. everybody in that company was only money minded. they dont give respect for any one. even though there not even a single project. they are saying that we r doing dubai banking project and useless cocomo project. they got more than a lake from graduates and make them fool. they not even give the salary regularly. They only need is money. its not a software company. there is not even a single project to do. the team leader of that company was raja and sarangan. they dont know how to treat others. even they are not a human being. they use the office as a tasmac or bar during the night shift. they r not capable of doing a single html page but they i am team leader. they recruit people only by back door and invest that money on some other business. so guys dont believe that company. and don't waste yur money and time. its better to bug in a temple. they are the number 1 cheating follow. no .net or other platform is there. only php is going there for namesake. still dont believe u may call to this number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

everyone need to send a daily report and hourly report to the HR. But they send those mail to trash. i[censored] perform well u r not encouraged. i[censored] become a spy u r the best performer of the week. for example dated from 16 April to 21 st april the best performer of that week was solomon. but he is came only on 16 apr. remaining four day he was in a leave. but he is doing a work of spy. like that i[censored] r a christian u may be serve there for more than a year as a spy not as a employee.

I strongly recommend u that this olivesoft technology is a fraud company, as i was cheated about 1 lakh, not only me but many more like me, they mainly recruit fresh graduates though various consultancy mainly through edware consultancy, uday, cibin .they recruit all the employees through backdoor only but these consultancies will create a nightmare as if only we are getting through back door, but only once after we get into the company we will come to know that all of them came through the same backdoor process, they are NO1 fraud company they take about 1 to 2 lakhs from each and every employee, even we cannot take any legal action against them bcas they are not directly involved and even those consultancy will not give proper response bcas we don’t have any strong evidence against them, so ultimately their business is success.
They don’t have even a single project, they hv only 2 0r 3 small level domestic PHP projects, these consultancies will give u fake promises that you will wrk in .NET domain, JAVA domain before getting money, but once after u get into the company -the 1st shock waiting for you, they will just put in PHP training(i.e, they wont train you anything they will ask you to read from w3school.com and they don’t even clarify your doubts, even this training is their fake fraudery drama ), the trainers are another fraud guys they use to watch youtube and play game during the session, there are some trainers like RAJA funny guy he don’t hv any knowledge that a fresher has useless, the night shift training is the most sympathetic then anything the watch man will act as mater and you’re his slaves .
Im dam sure whomever they recruit they will have u only for the period of maximummmm…. 6 months, they will jus put some bull blame on you another shock is without any pre-intimation (or) warning (or)enquiry, only morning you will enter the office jus like that HR [SARANGAN] or [SURJITH] stop you and say we have terminated you due to disciplinary issue (or) privacy issue (ie. You have sold the client details to third part etc bla bla bla …)
