[Resolved]  Om Associates — Fraud & Threatening

I have given 7500 Rs to Om Associates on 07/01/2013 , with an agreement to give me a 24Hr maid .I am alone here with my 2.5 yr old daughter .my husband is out of india.He took money & gave me maid but not according to my requirement, which i have already mentioned that "I need a maid for child care" .but he sent a maid who never did this job.then again after lot of arguments they sent a second maid she was ok in job but not ready to work for more than a month as she ig going to get marry after a month.so i asked them to send a permanent maid, but they started abusing me on phone,& were not ready to either return my money & nor sending a new maid, also they asked their maid to leave the job & come, when i said no to send this maid they call police & filed complaint against me of hitting the maid & started threatning me. Police has also supported them. I lost my money , no maid till date & also police humilite me , & asked me to sit whole day inpolice station with my little daughter & infront of me police were so polite with these maid people.
Please help me if police will not help us people then who will take care of the public.
I was very embarrased with this , even police tried to spil my image in office as well.
Please help me.
