Till date the amount Rs.500/- neither credited in my account nor any communication is not providing by the concerned Authority at all. Please do needful to resolve the matter from your end. Dear Official,
Already 5 Reminders has been initiated from my end to One Stop Recharge as well as to T24 Customer Service department.They are not communicating at all & self is simply harassed.My Mobile:[protected] is not also working in Roaming due to Nil balance.Unable to recharge the same also.Matter became very urgent.
Your kind intervention will highly be appreciated to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Yet to receive any communication from One Stop Recharge inspite of sending several reminders.Matter still unresolved.I am unable to use my M:[protected] in roaming as my balance became Nil.
