Dear Sir,
I would like to submit complaint against Zirakpur Indane Gas agency shop 18 new defence colony. We are in serious trouble as this gas agency is not responding to our several calls regarding gase leakage. Very rude staff, just busy on personal calls through official numbers. Last 4 days we are continuously making calls but the staff is completely ignoring calls and the manager also is disconnecting his calls. They are very rude with customers and i am planning to file a compliant in conusmer cell also regaridng this agency. For last 4 days we are facing the leakage issue and no one is read to take our complaint seriouslly. Our consumer number is 9954.
Kindly take the necessary action at the earliest and teach them a lesson so that the same problem should not be repeated. The local people also are pissed off with this agency and feeling helpless becuase of no ohter alternative.
