All Fraud made by Nigerians. There is no lottery, no money. Search Google for "Advance Fee Fraud" and you will get all your answers.

Dont send them any money. There are no tax payments. There is no "Customs fee". If you think it genuine and want to send tax payments, remember you are only sending money to someone in a cybercafe in Nigeria typing fraud mails.
