Onlineskyshop — Delivery of defective goods | |||
I had purchased a sports equipment from www.onlineskyshop.com last month. They delivered a defective piece to me and when I complained they promised to replace the equipment as soon as possible. Its been 1 month since I lodged the complaint and no action has been taken. They also have a 30 days money back policy. When I called them and asked them to return my money they said they will get back to me. Now they have stopped responding to my calls. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
