This is just a short description of my experience with website www.onlineteleshop.com. In May I wanted to purchase a product called the H2o X5 steam mop. I came across the website onlineteleshop.com. Here there was an offer to purchase the product with a Cash on Delivery option (which was the main reason for me to choose the site). Little did I know that I would later regret my decision.
At the time of making the order, I was amazed at the promptness of the call center people getting in touch with me regarding the order. Neha, as I got to know better over the following weeks, was polite and very helpful in helping me process my order. She went over the various details and then told me about the most important thing in my mind, “the exchange policy”.
According to her, if the product is faulty (which it was only two days after receiving the product) . I’d just have to call their call center and register a complaint. Which will later be sorted out. This was NOT the case. The phrase ‘Stone Walling’, was best presented by her. They tell you to send an SMS with your address and phone number but that’s all they do. There is no response after. After days of calling and asking to talk to the manager (who I feel doesn’t want to deal with customers) is always unavailable and this goes on for a month.
My advice: learn from my mistakes and NEVER EVER buy anything from www.onlineteleshop.com. You will thank my later.
