[Resolved]  Oracle india pvt ltd — PF amount not transferred

This age of acquisitions and mergers is a nightmare for employees. Oracle acquired my employer Waban Software in October, 2010. All the employees were inducted into the company with a day-long paper filling ceremony where our PF tranfer requests were also submitted. But as most acquisitions go, most of the population started leaving Oracle and i left within 4 months of working with them. I started the withdrawal of PF process which took an age. After 8 months the money was credited to my account which was not even 30% of the total amount that i contributed. Since then, i have been trying to find to where my money is, whether it was transferred from Waban at all, did Waban even pay for the 2 years that i worked there, what do i do? It is not a nice feeling when big companies acquire smaller firms and forget their liabilities.

Can there be a legal discourse to this. Kindly advise
