Oracle india pvt ltd — Rude and harassing behavior of Bus Conductor | |||
Sir, want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of BMTC bus route number 13 (Bhanshankri to ShivaJiNagar). Incident occured on 07th April15 at around 12 O clock noon. I boarded bus at Willson Garden and paid 20 Rupees note to conductor. He did not had the change of 6 Rupees so wrote on backside of ticket. After reaching Shiva Ji nagar when i demanded my change back along with 3 more person, he only gave 5 rupees to everyone shouting he do not have 1 rupees change.One of commuter politely suggested him that if you are not returning 1 rupees change to one person atleast handover the extra 1 rupees you collecting to other person to balance it off( He had 2 rupees coins with him). Being good suggestion i also applaud the other commuter.All of a sudden He started shouting on me and started saying Kahan se aaye ho tum(Where from you are? Are you new to bangalore?) After continuing argument he flicked 5 rupees note that he returned to me and said get lost now. You will get nothing. When i asked his name he again abused me. Sir, I am fan of BMTC as most of the time its employees are very polite to commuters. But such incident was unwarranted and shading image of BMTC. Please take required action.
