[Resolved]  Orange Properties — Bad experience on Delivery of furnitures From Orange Woods

The so called Fancy Name of a company "Orange Woods" stalled a discount sale of Furnitures on 4th Aug in banaswadi on outer ring road created a mess for the people who booked their furnitures on this sale. All they give is false commitment to their customers on the delivery of the goods. I checked on the availability of raw materilas for the furniture which i booked(i.e before the payment is made), they said everything is available (Jayshree the person who booked my order) and they just need to assemble and send to us within 15 day's of time. But they never called at least once even after 25 day's of booking. I made several calls (Close to 50 calls so far) to their showroom at 4009900 and they use to ask me to call at Banaswadi showroom number which is alway's busy 40943500/01. I spoke to some people there but no one is there to give me the exact status of my furnitures, finally i cracked down the personal mobile number of a manager who takes care of operations at that showroom. He checked in the status of my order and commited to deliver on 29th Aug, but not sure whether he delivers or not ?? wait and see..

I just thought of bringing this matter to media so that they can improve going forward with these feedbacks. They need to commit to customers based on their capabilities and infrastructure what they have.
