[Resolved]  Orion Hyundai — Complaint against Hyundai Authorized Service Center - Orion Hyundai Gurgaon

This is regarding Theft of Alloy-Wheel Center Caps of my car (Model i20 ASTA – HR-26BJ-6711) at "ORION HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER GURGAON" on 01-Sep-2013. I brought my car at Orion Hyundai Service center on Sunday for my first paid service and was promised for delivery at 5:00 o'clock in evening on same day. They charged around 7300 rupees for servicing and delivered the car around 6:15 o'clock in evening. When I reached home, I noticed that all wheel center caps are missing. As it was too late I didn't called at service center and also take it very casually that they forget to recap them during wheel balancing. I was under impression that they will return Center-Cap to me whenever I will approach them. After 5 days my wife went to Orion Hyundai service center and discussed the same with the Delivery manager. He directly denied and said that they are not responsible it. He said that someone else stolen those Wheel caps and we are blaming to them. I had faced same issue during my last free service, when they stolen around 20 litters petrol from my car. At that time their Service Manager verbally promised me that this type of incident will not happen in future and will give some relaxation during the paid service next time. Which surely they denied this time. Then I talked to their customer care Manager over phone and asked for the video recording of that day. I also explained about my last experience with her too. I had asked that I will complaint to Hyundai regarding these incidents. She promised me to get back on Monday, 9th Sept. 2013. But till now I haven't got any answer from them. I do not have time to visit the service center again and again. Please suggest that how I can complaint to Hyundai directly and what actions I can take against them.
