i am robin . somebody has created a fake orkut account by my name. that account exists from past two days. i have filed a complaint on orkut also but no action was taken. that profile still exists and this person is defaming me. this person has even posted obscene information about me and is also using my picture. please sir help me. i am in big trouble. my personal and professional lives are getting affected.i dont know the email id of that profile but the URL of that account/profile is as under:

My Name is Priyanka Sharma and I strongly believe this profile has been set up without my permission. My pictures are also being used without my permission and I believe it has been setup to cause harm to my name and person. It contains defamatory remarks about me what are intended to ruin my reputation as an renowned artist and individual. I have no knowledge of the creator of this Profile.

Some one created fake Orkut Account using my Sister phone No. Because where she's living there are no facility for internet and even she never create any orkut account and even she never know how to create it. Getting unnecessarily call; my family very upset about it.
