Orkut — fake orkut profile with my name and pictures

Someone has created a fake orkut profile with my name and has all the pictures of mine. kindly help me out in getting the same blocked as soon as possible as it is spoiling my name and image. Can that person be traced, so that he/she doesnt missuse it again on any other site. This can hinder my image. kindly help me out in this issue.

I want to complain against an orkut profile ( http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#Profile.aspx?uid=[protected] this web address contains a profile with the name ( PALAK BinDrA NeVeR HidE AnY ThiNG ) a person who is using this profile said she is palak bindra. he/she is using my name and also my identity i m not able to report abuse for this id. please help me to chek it out. i just want this id is blocked by orkut and let me know who is using my name and identity. please help me and solve it out.

I am very much helpless from orkut service becouse i complainted them 2 to 3 times about the account which has all my details of my home, place etc and he/she is using it as relationship account in which he has mentioned all fake & durtty details of my body and also one thing, my sisters and brothers visited that account and thought that the account is mine by that misunderstanding we have got clash in our relation.

so plz i request you to help me out from this trouble i will be very thankfull to you
