[Resolved]  Outlook India — Non Delivery of subscribed magazines for 3 months and free gifts did not sent as per commitment

I have purchased magazines subscriptions on 25th June 2013 worth Rs 3322 from outlook India and paid them said amount immediately by way of net banking, details of which are as follows: OLM(2 year) at Rs. 1299 MC(1 year) at Rs. 899 OB(1 year) at Rs. 899 Outlook Hindi(1 year) at Rs. 225 Further I have been assured of free gifts as follows with Transaction Ref No.: 2013062513455235373638: Assured Gift: Globus Vouchers Worth Rs. 3000/-- Assured Gift: 2 Outlook Traveller Guides (India Guide & Driving Holidays) Total MRP Rs.890/-- No information , communication or delievery of magazines made by them to me till 28th August 2013 when I had written them complaint , on 30th August I got one envelope with 4 old magazines and one envelope of free gift traveller guide which is deteriorated and with tored pages. I need not to mention person subscribe for magazines to keep updated with latest information , old magazines are having no value after week or month passed by for which it was actually issued. It takes me lot of follow up and mails and so much time wasted to restore my services but of no use as even after my last compliant on 28th August no body in there team talk to me and restore my services. After 28th August again, I did not get any magazines delievered and get Rs 1000 coupon of free gift as commited against Rs 3000 on 20th September 2013. I need you high attention to such a defaulty services and products supplied by outlook india and I think it is policy of outlook india to invite people for subscription to there new issued magazines at discounted rate and later on they do not deliever magazines and once somebody complaints they send them old magazines which is of no use and value by them. Please take immediate action and provide me full refund of Rs 3322 with compensation for loss of time , energy and resources by me.
