Non Delivery of subscribed magazines for 3 months and free gifts did not sent as per commitment
I have purchased magazines subscriptions on 25th June 2013 worth Rs
3322 from outlook India and paid them said amount immediately by way
of net banking, details of which are as follows:
OLM(2 year) at Rs. 1299
MC(1 year) at Rs. 899
OB(1 year) at Rs. 899
Outlook Hindi(1 year) at Rs. 225
Further I have been assured of free gifts as follows with Transaction

I had subscribed for outlook india's geo magazine since 23rd december 2012.Till date i haven't received any issue of it.I have subscribed geo magazine for 1 year.I tried calling them up and also sent mail but to my utter disappointment i got no reply.I would hence forth request you to kindly look into the matter.For this act of your highness i shall remain everpray before your magnanimity.

I had subscribed for Outlook and Newsweek magazines for one year in August 2011. The assured free gift was never delivered. The magazines also were delivered very rarely. After Newsweek went digital from January 1, 2013, they automatically converted my balance subscription amount to a magazine of their choice without even bothering to ask me.
