[Resolved] Outlook Money — Misleading on Subscription

I have recently subscribed to Outlook Magazine for 5 years. The advertisement in outlook money is mentioning that subscription is for 5 years and need to pay Rs1150/- for same. After subscribing to the magazine, Surprisingly I came to know that subscription is for only 4.5 yrs and not 5 yrs. When I inquired they said that it is 120 issues and not 5 yrs Secondly, after oine month they have comeout with similar advertisement at same price for 130 issues and 5 yrs. I have encountered similar experience with Outlook and Outlook Money. I have subscribed for 3 yrs, and the offer included a pair of Reebok shoes. After several months and several complaints they came back to say that the said free gift is out of stock and they will provide a bag instead. Till now, after 1yr of subscription, I have not been communicated nor received anything. My subscription no. is OL/422640

i have recently subscribed to the magzinee on 3 / 2/ 2010. it was said that i would receive the first issue in 15 days.But neither the magzine nor any free gifts arrived at my doorstep. There was no response of my complaints send to them as well. i had given 1000 rs for three years subscription.
my receipt no. is 66283.

I am surprised to see so many complaints against such a reputed magazine. I thought I should be the only person to face these kind of issue with the above magazine. I am still fighting it out for getting my subscription. Horrible service. Regards.. Uday
