I I bought an original reebok shoe on 24th of February but unfortunately my shoe got damaged within 3 months from the day I bought. But I didn’t expect that quality from Reebok Indian company. Therefore I’m expecting positive response through my complaint… please I’m looking forward for better experience. I got the bill too.

        For this 1st time in life, I got the courage to buy a good branded shoes and I brought one from reebok at 8000. I expected if I am paying such a huge price ( atleast from my Standard) I will get a good product.
        The product seems ok in starting and after few days it got so many scratches on his body, I haven't used these shoes for mining or for any tough purpose just for simple walking, that also I have used it for only one single time, and it has developed so many scratches. I don't know why you make such delicate shoes. I really disappointed with his quality . If I am paying 8000 I would definitely expect atleast a good quality material shoe.
        Now, is there is anything you can do?
        Could you atleast suggest me something how can I remove scratches from my shoe it's in upper rubber part.

              I purchased these shoes Order no.RBK[protected] on[protected] and now it hasn't been 2 months and the right shoe sole came off. I sent numerous mails to Reebok India but the respoded that shors is 6 months old even after providing valid proof that the product is just 2 months old.                     I would like to complain about the product quality as I have attached the pic of the product. I bought it 2 months ago even though I am not using it regularly and taking care of the shoes. I also don't have to walk a lot but still, within just 2 months it's started tearing from the inside.                     I bought Reebok shoes in 2021 . And within its use in 6 months its sole started getting hole . I realised this when my socks started torn out in the toe part .And after few months small dust particles and stone got inside the shoe causing pain and discomfort while walking . We were not able to figure out what to do as we were out of warranty period .So we went to local cobbler to fix this. But that too didn't last for long. I request the company to please look into this problem atleast fix the sole properly so that i can use it again as it cost 3K. I want to clarify that both of my shoes sole is damaged.

                      I ordered Reebok Shoes from https://www.reebok.in/ on 25th Feb 2023. As per the Reebok Track My Order, it says delivered to the billing address but I have not received the order.

                            Pasting of my reebok shoes has come out. It is disgusting that such cheap quality work is done. It is so so disappointing. Store is of no help. Dealings of store is so unsatisfactory. Your brand was one of my favourite brand but now it is one of the worst brand. So disappointing to have such services from renowned brand like yours. Hoping you might improve your services.

                              I recently i ordered a reebok sandals us 11 size but it was small i wanted to return so i made a return request. I got a mail from the customer service first time and order was picked by the courier services morning and in the evening I got a msg by saying item failed at quality check (i didn't even used them). I mailed about the issue no response and i called the store about the order they said it online team will contact you soon but till now I did received any mail from them. That courier services said they'll return item to me. Please solve this
