Hello Reebok, i am very disappointed actually i purchased shoes zing kinetica of Reebok of mrp 12999 rs. from Reebok store situated in GIP mall Noida Sector 18 Uttar Pradesh.
Now my shoes sole colour turned into yellow colour.
I had tried to clean many times from last 1 year but unable to fix that problem.
First time I saw that problem in Reebok brand i am regular customer of Reebok.
Please try to fix this problem.

    I bought a pair of shoes from Myntra online but within 6 months mesh of the shoe has started cutting on its own. Request Reebok India to look into the matter and provide resolution ASAP.

      I purchased Reebok shoes from an authorised seller through Flipkart on 08.09.2023
      The shoes are damaged within less than 3 months.
      When contacted Reebok they said it has 3 months warranty but I have to contact Flipkart only and take denial mail from them if they are not doing.
      Flipkart says they are only seller and any warranty has to be done by brand and they won't provide any denial mail.
      I have purchased costly shoes trusting this brand and with less than 3 months of basic usage the shoe is damaged.
      Reebok has to provide warranty on shoes when purchased through authorised seller whether online or offline.
      They are denying stating random reasons.
      I have a valid invoice and my shoe is damaged with basic use only.
      But Reebok wants to provide warranty only after receiving denial mail from Flipkart and Flipkart don't want to provide that.
      Reebok has to provide warranty on their defective items.

        I purchased this pair of shoes from Myntra worth rupees ₹ 5169.00 on 8th July 2023 and Delivered them to me on Sat, 15 Jul. Item sold by: Westbury Holdings Pvt Ltd_Madura. Today i.e. 14th November I saw the sole of the shoe is getting detached. So I raised a request to Myntra to raise a complaint as they mention "Warranty provided by the Brand/Manufacturer" & as I have checked Reebok provides up to 6 to 12 months warranty on their products. https://reebokwork.com/warranty/ which says "The conditions of the warranty are as follows:

        The product was purchased from an authorized retailer within the previous 12-month period.
        You must provide a copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase within a 12-month period.
        The footwear has been properly cared for and maintained.
        The footwear has been used under proper conditions and not subjected to abuse.
        The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable."

        I'm a shoe lover and never had any issues before with any big shoe brand. Please help me in this case. I want my shoe to be replaced ASAP.

            Hi i am rubika thapa resident of gangaram colony near sector 91 Agwanpur chowk, Shri Vinayak Hospital faridabad 121003 . I regularly feed the stray dogs in my area and other people also feed them but whenever anything happens by stray dogs neigbours only blame me for feeding them and threaten me that they are gonna kill stray dogs etc.
            Recent incident ( yesterday one pamelian was roaming in the street of my area and the stray dogs attack to it and after that his owner and other people living in my area beat them bad also argued with me that it happened because of me cause I feed them even though they know that I am not the only one feeding them but still they fought with me and my mother and during argument his paneling dog bit me because he was scared due to attack I considered that but they threatened to kill the stray dogs.
            Lastly my defense in this is that I am not the one to be blame because it happened due to negligence of them, because their dog was in the street without it's owner and the stray attacked it which happens in every other area if dog do not know other dogs it's their nature. Now they are not bearing the cost for my anti rabies injection when their dog bit me in fact they are asking 40k money from me if their dog dies.
            My question is if their dog got attacked by other stray animal then who is the one to be blame? No one right because they are homeless its our duty to protect and feed them to give shelter to them, their home is the society it's their nature to attack smaller and weak dogs. But in this situation they blamed us for it. What should i do now? I know I will not stop feeding them but at least MCF can help by vaccination of them and explain the colony that we have no right to relocate and kill them it's our job as a society to help them. I know their dog got hurt but how can be it's our fault if my pet dog attacked it then I will be responsible but for stray how can be I am responsible?? They does not listen us like our pet dogs they only came to us due to hunger.

              I would like to complain about the product quality as I have attached the pic of the product. I bought it 5 months ago even though I am not using it regularly and taking care of the shoes. I also don't have to walk a lot but still, within just 5 months it's started tearing from the frontside. That's quite disappointing and came to notice yesterday only for more details I have enclosed the pic of the shoes and other details.
              We bought 1 pairs of shoes on 18th April 2023 from Cannaught Palace, New Delhi from which I am making a complaint about the quality of my shoes only. The number and name used for the purchase are Rahul Rathore([protected])-[protected]. The payment was made from the card of Rs 8598 for the shoes as it has been five months. I need to look around the bills but you can check the details from the given number [protected].

                We visited reebok store kamla nagar, Delhi and was about to buy stuff of around Rupees 15000. But the store manager MR. YASIR was super RUDE to us and started arguing and shouting when we asked for a fresh piece of the shoes that we were buying!
                Their team member Mr. Tanvir was helpful and was great in customer service.
                But their manager MR. YASIR do not know how to even talk to a customer and did not even care and asked us to leave the store!
                Worst customer service and experience!!

                  I have paid Rs. 2679.40 to Reebok store in Phoenix Marketcity, Chennai, on 15th June 2023, for purchasing clothes. My account got debited with the amount but the store manager informed that the money is not received by company store bank. The manager did not give the clothes nor the invoice for the payment but told that the money will be refunded in 2 weeks time, but no money has been refunded so far. Due to this issue, I have lost my hard earned money without getting the benefit of it.
                  I am attaching the bank statement proof for the same.

                    I purchased rebook shoes online from rebook website itself. Order ID : RBK[protected] . Shoes got damaged in 4 months itself. Shoes name is "Mens Ztaur Run Running Shoes" . This is worst experience from such brand.

                            For this 1st time in life, I got the courage to buy a good branded shoes and I brought one from reebok at 8000. I expected if I am paying such a huge price ( atleast from my Standard) I will get a good product.
                            The product seems ok in starting and after few days it got so many scratches on his body, I haven't used these shoes for mining or for any tough purpose just for simple walking, that also I have used it for only one single time, and it has developed so many scratches. I don't know why you make such delicate shoes. I really disappointed with his quality . If I am paying 8000 I would definitely expect atleast a good quality material shoe.
                            Now, is there is anything you can do?
                            Could you atleast suggest me something how can I remove scratches from my shoe it's in upper rubber part.

                                I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with your company's complete lack of action regarding my complaint. I purchased a pair of shoes from your brand in February, and I have only worn them twice. However, the sole of the shoe started ripping off, and now it is halfway gone. Despite registering my complaint with your customer care team multiple times, I have received no satisfactory resolution.

                                In every mail, your team provides me with a new acknowledgement number, but no action has been taken to address my complaint. Even after acknowledging my complaint, no one from your customer care team has contacted me. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of regard for your customers.

                                I demand that you provide me with the email address of your manager so that I can escalate this matter to the highest level. Your customer care team has failed to provide any solution to my complaint, and I have lost all faith in your company's ability to provide quality products and services.

                                Furthermore, I now demand a full refund for the shoes that I purchased from Reebok. The poor after-sales service that I have experienced has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I do not wish to wear the shoes anymore.

                                I expect a prompt response from you, along with the email address of your manager.

                                  Hello Reebok Customer Support and Representatives,

                                  I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have encountered with a pair of sports shoes that I recently purchased from the Reebok Store in Vegas Mall, Dwarka Sector 14, Delhi. The shoes, which cost me INR 6, 000, have developed a fabric quality problem within just one month of infrequent use. This is highly disappointing and falls well short of the quality standards I have come to expect from Reebok.

                                  To give you some background, I use these sports shoes no more than twice a week for my scheduled workout days. Despite this limited usage, the lining fabric has already begun to wear off (please see the attached image for reference). This rapid deterioration not only makes the shoes uncomfortable but also raises serious concerns about their overall quality and durability.

                                  I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, my efforts have been in vain. Despite sending several reminders, I have received no response or acknowledgment from your representatives. This lack of communication has further compounded my disappointment and frustration.

                                  As a loyal Reebok customer, I feel let down by the substandard quality of this product and the unresponsiveness of your customer service team. I kindly request you to treat this matter with urgency and provide an appropriate solution. I would appreciate a prompt replacement or refund for the defective pair of sports shoes, as well as an explanation for the fabric quality issue.

                                  Please let me know how to proceed with this complaint and what steps will be taken to rectify the situation.                                     I purchased these shoes Order no.RBK[protected] on[protected] and now it hasn't been 2 months and the right shoe sole came off. I sent numerous mails to Reebok India but the respoded that shors is 6 months old even after providing valid proof that the product is just 2 months old. Later on they arranged the pick up but was never done. I kept on mailing but now they have even stopped responding.
