overnight express — parcel not reached on 5th day
Respected Sir/Madam,this is regarding my parcell which i sent to my brother on th e occasion of rakhi. i had courier on 22 aug from delhi to bilaspur chhatisgarh including rakhi by Overnight express.
today is the 5th day & there is no clue of my parcell. when i called up corporate office in c p new delhi they are not behaving like responsible one staff.
kindly teach them hw to care about customer belongings.
