The post office located East New york, Brooklyn, zip code NY11207 is giving very poor service, like sometimes line upto the entrence door, people waiting hours but only 1 or 2 window open and the clerk and the Manager very slow and lazy. They don't care customer's value of time. The day before Thanks giving line is so long and one window working, and the person have a problem about lost check.The conversation going more then twenty munites the man is not happy. He knockes the Manager's window, she open the shutter and give a look and cosed it back.When people screming, she came out and called the man and other clerk came out and asking for pickup slip and the clerk was working she disappeared. We all about thirty person waiting in the line helpless. It was afternoon most of them was on lunch break, trying to buy stamps or money order.Another clerk came out looks she just getup from sleep, takes more then fifteen munites to open the counter, Please tke care of it.
It is going all the time, they need to transfer some other places to learn how to do faster service, good behavior and quickly makes revinew for goverment.

The similar case is with me, i was receiving a mobile phone from Uttarakhand to Orissa, and i received the package which has slit frm corner, and mobile phone missing from it, all othr accessories being present inside.
how can the courier company be so irresponsible. When they take up responsibilty of delivering goods safely and properly how can they be negligent on these things. the matter is still on hold as to what would be next. no proper response from the service providers enda s to we need 2 days time.and 2 days havent yet arrived.
what can be done so as to stop this. It needs to be brought to light of media which can take up the issue and These service providers realise their mistake and stop causing trouble to us and hence not wasting our time, money and energy

Post Office — No cooperation from employees
I went today for complaunts regarding non-reciept of Ackowneledgement of Regd. Post inspite of having delivery report the concerned clerked argued with me and avoided the complaint the incidence is of Gandhinagar Post office at Akola 444004 Mharashtra and al employees are rude at this office and do not really co-operate withh Public always late at work
