I saw an ad for cd deluxe bike on OLX . Price was 13000 . Then I contacted him(manjeet army) .he was from army .I asked him whether bike is available for sale .he said 'yes'. He told that bike is Mumbai airport location and he will transfer this bike only if I pay him 2100 for courier purpose. So I transferred him 2100 via Google pay.
Next day he called me that bike is on the route and it is at khandala but has lost its GPS connection, for renew GPS connection, you'll need to transfer amount of 4999rs, thus amount was around 5k, hence I sent him 5000RS via Google Pay.He replied me back that you have transferred wrong amount and will need to again transfer 4999 to get the GPS unlocked, so the courier will move forward .So we again transferred him 4999Rs via GooglePay . After successful payment, he called back saying GPS is unlocked now you'll need to transfer 6000Rs as insurance and GST charges 150rs on it. He said this will be final and you'll get all your money refunded once you receive the bike and can buy if you like the bike (extra money will be refunded). So we transferred 6000Rs and 150Rs as two diff transactions thinking this was last amount .after 2hrs we got the call from driver saying that he got a mail of delivery confirmation, and said to transfer 9999 for getting bike delivered in 2hrs, otherwise the package will get returned and 'money refund' might get in pending state.we refused to transfer another amount as we doubted that this person was doing fraud .the price of bike was 13000Rs and we already had paid 18249Rs which was higher than bike amount, but he still insisted to pay the money .he said I'll adjust half from my side and adjust half form your side .we resisted that also . Then he stopped picking up our calls, we were demanding to refund our money. We said we don't want the bike, just refund our money back .He said don't call me again, and he is not picking our calls now.
