[Resolved]  Overnite Express — Delaying Parcel And Abusing The Customer

I purchased an item from ebay on 1-8-2012 which the seller shipped to me on 6-8-2012..The item was dispatched from their cochin office on 8-8-2012 and was supposed to reach me on 9-8-2012..When i contacted the courier office in alleppey there is no one responding to my query and on top of that somebody [protected] who answered my call shouted at me saying that he doesnt know anything about it and hang up the phone on me..I want necessary actions to be taken against the franchisee asap for negligent act like this
