Overnite Express Limited — Consignment wrongly shown delivered

Dear Concern

There was a consignment from HDFC Mumbai sent through Overnite Express Limited bearing Consignment No [protected]. The said consignment was bearing my HDFC Debit Card's PIN no. On 21st Sept 2012 I had recieved an SMS stating that the said consignment was delivered on 15th Sept 2012 . But surprisingly the said consignment was not at all delivered at my residence. On 22nd Sept 2012 I had made a call to East Regional Office of Overnite Express at 9:55 AM at[protected]. Firstly I was told that it was delivered !! When I had raised the issue and informed to Ms Punam that it was not at all delevered I was told that I shall be updated on the same with in 2hrs on 22nd Sept 2012. To my utter surprise the same was not delivered till 24th Sept 2012 and there was no possitive answer from Overnite Express Ltd even.

As the consignment is bearing my PIN no , I am unable to access my HDFC Account which is very disgusting. Please look into it
