[Resolved] Overnite Express Ltd — Non Delivery of Courier | |||
Overnite Courier doesn't deliver the courier , My Courier has been dispatched from Gurgaon on dated on 09th Aug, 2012 to my Pinjore address but till now they are not delivered, calling them again and again(Pinjore office), now nobody is picking up the phone. Very poor service provided by the courier company. My Courier Docket No. [protected] and courier company name is Overnite Express Ltd. Due to non receipt of my courier I have faced so many problems. I SUPPOSE TO GET COURIER BY 23 OF SEP, BUT STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COURIER,WHEN I WENT OT COURIER OFFICE, THE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF IS UN EXPLAINABLE. KINDLY DO THE JUSTICE.

A consignment was dispatched from mumbai to delhi on 15 october 2010 but it has still not been received, on calling and writing mails and writing complaints on companys website no action has been taken and I have still not received any response as to when will I receive my courier.Overnite Express Limited — Non Delivery of Courier
I received a SMS stating that they are unable to deliver my courier from IIT Roorkee with ref. no. [protected] with out stating any cause. Thay provided a no but not responding telling Busy 5 times. there was always someone home during the time period that IIT Roorkee dispatched the courier and thay send the sms of non delivery.Overnite Express Ltd — non delivery
Since last friday i am waiting my Docket no [protected], which booked on dt 26th May 2011 from Siliguri / darjeeling. but till they have n't deliver it my office addressin Delhi.
Even after i continuously updates about all my contact no, address .
Its completely Disgusting ...,
