Dear Sir/Madam

I want to lodge a complaint regarding my courier Docket No.[protected]. I have to bear a loss of Rs.42250 in respect of delay of this courier dispatch to me on[protected] at 5:00 p.m.,The courier boy told that he didn't have enough time to dispatch this courier at our destination and use very rough language with us. The courier was too much urgent for me.Tell me who will bear this loss?. Inspite of several mails from my side to the company still their is not any reply given to me .You take a strict action against my complaint and cover my loss immediately.
