i am going on your overnite office rudrapur they told that this packet is lost by delivery boy, but they mantion our status is Delivered.
So i request you to please take a action and replay me as soon as possiable.

What action I can take against them.
This issue is regarding the consignment number- [protected], a Courier sent from Chandigarh to Moga on Friday, booked on 2nd August 2013 at 11AM, on Priority Basis. For which I paid Rupees 150.
The courier reached on Monday, 5th August 2013 whereas it was insured that it will reach the very next day i.e. Saturday 3rd August 2013.
They are providing false information to the consumer regarding their products and charging higher for it without delivering on specified time.
Moreover they are very insensitive towards their consumers.
Despite repeated emails to [protected]@chd.overnite-mail.com and repeated calls to overnite consumer care, no solution has been provided yet.
Upon calling the customer care at Chandigarh, they stated that their delivery boy did not have a mobile phone, so he could not verify the address.

Overnite Express — non delivery of consignment
My name is Niraj Kumar Singh, I reside in Nagpur. My sister Pooja Singh, from dhanbad to had dispatched a rakhi in a consignment no [protected] through Overnite express ltd on 06 aug 2011. But till today, 13/08/2011 it has been not delivered. There is no proper reply is given either from nagpur or Delhi (Head office). It is really matter of worrying that they don't care any timely delivery to customer.
