[Resolved]  Overnite Express — Very Poor Service in same location

South West Delhi, Delhi

My courier was sent by my doctor through Overnite Express from green park extension on 28-Aug-2012 and two times I already confirm the address with my own phone number. Somebody told me twice that you will definitely got your courier by same day. Today is 3-Sept-2012, I was unable to get my courier. The courier has my child medicine and I live in Noida Sector 49. If such type of courier service not deliver the product within 3 days in the same location (Delhi NCR ) then why need to promise to the customer. Government should close such type services & department.

Overnite Express Limited provide very worst service. I request to everybody, please do not waste your time and money while choosing such services.
