Oxicash — Account deducted from Bank But Top Up Not Done

I have made oxicash e-wallet topup through SBI internet Banking for Rs. 350 on dated 08-Feb-2012, Below are details of success transaction from SBI Details against Oxicash Transaction ID 2489295.

I have recharged my Reliance mobile no. [protected] by oxicash topup through Vijaya Bank internet Banking for Rs. 50 on dated 31.03.2012 Amount deducted from my account but recharge not successful, so you are requested please check and refund my amount.
