Myself ARUNKUMAR AYYAYYAN my mob num [protected], I would like to open a new CSP point in sbi. And mr.ankit Aggarwal had approached me regarding this csp. We had paid the following amount to open csp

Registration fees(VLE) rs15200
Od account fees rs20000
AGREEMENT fees rs28225
Travelling fees rs20000
GST and NOC fees rs15037

But still now we had not...

Sir ji mene csp ke liye apply kiya tha lekin na to mujhe csp mili or mene usme 65000 ke lgbhg invest kr diye he fr bhi mujhe kuch nhi milas please help me or mera balance mujhe refund krvaye sir ji thanks...

I do arecharge 125 of reliance jio mobile by emitra oxigen recharge service bit customer didn't recieve the recharge so please refund recharge amount in my emitra wallet thanku...

I did the recharge for Rs 108 for bsnl mobile number [protected] in Digital seva portal on 4th Nov 2020. The amount deduced in the digital seva wallet however the recharge is not successful. Reference number [protected] . Kindly refund the deducted amount Rs 106.3 back to my wallet. CSC ID[protected]...

Me state bank ka csp ho. Sahab hame 8 months se deposit problem aa rahi he. Lekin ham mail bhi dalte he company ko. Lekin aaj tak iska koi solucation nahi hua. Sahab ham kiya kare or kaha jai. Sar problem 1 to 2 day ki hoti le. Ab ye problem parmenent ki ho gai. Sahab hame to pareshan karke rakh diya oxigen ne. Or hamari koi sunne ko taiyyar nahi he.

I have got a recharge done for tata sky of rs 510/- at Mahajan Telecom, UE Phase - I Jalandhar. He is oximall dealer with dealer code: [protected]..tiill now the payment is not received at my Tata Sky Subsriber ID..[protected]

Dealer also logged a complaint at Oximall with complaint no: 647854.. but no response from O2.

called oximall helpline[protected]... there is no response, IVR keeps on saying call will...

I am a customer of oxigen company's oximall product. Oximall is an recharge website. Some days ago they transfer their website to new domain o2.oximall.com.

Hello,

I am writing here on behalf of my father who have spent an amount of Rs. 152600 /- as part of Oxigen CSP process for his shop called "Devi Agencies, Chottanikkara". The initial step of sending the CSP form to the firm's mail was done on Sep 14, 2020. The money were transferred to their specified account as three installments (36800+100000+15800).

Despite several reminders, the OD account was not made functional even after paying the requested money. So, my father raised a refund request on Sep 19, 2020. The same day, he got an acknowledgement mail saying that the refund will be processed within thirty minutes. But no refund or further communication has been received so far.

I have attached the final mail received from the firm and also a copy of the OD Account Letter.

Kindly look into this reqauest and refund the money as soon as possible.
