I have recharged TWICE FOR SAME RECHARGE of Rs.107 of my BSNL mobile number [protected] through SBI Yono Lite App but it hasn't recharged and money deducted from my account.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Enclosed: Money Receipt
Above complaint has been marked as resolved by you but recharge amount Rs.214 has not credited in my account.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Hello,

I am writing here on behalf of my father who have spent an amount of Rs. 152600 /- as part of Oxigen CSP process for his shop called "Devi Agencies, Chottanikkara". The initial step of sending the CSP form to the firm's mail was done on Sep 14, 2020. The money were transferred to their specified account as three installments (36800+100000+15800).

Despite several reminders, the OD account was not made functional even after paying the requested money. So, my father raised a refund request on Sep 19, 2020. The same day, he got an acknowledgement mail saying that the refund will be processed within thirty minutes. But no refund or further communication has been received so far.

I have attached the final mail received from the firm and also a copy of the OD Account Letter.

Respected sir/madam,
I request to you for refund about online tr money Rs265800/-about sbi csp from oxigen service india pvt. Ltd, westbengal to me due to failure to branch run (sbi csp). This company is an Online cheating and fraud activities involving company. No sufficient staff/no work/noservice /no capacity etc. Activities are not satisfactory for Sbi csp/kiosk providing oxigen company.
Please to inform for refund my giving money as soon possible. Action taken report is zero. Result is very bad. I have paid sbi csp charges fully. But the above co. is not run sbi kiosk last 6months. Gst charges are demanding more to more now.

Oxigen compani me koyi rispons nahi deta h or nahi koyi sevise deta h or nahi call recive karta h hamne 2019me CSP ke liye cash diye the na to cash mila or na hi CSP koyi rispons nahi deta h kirpa kar problem solve kiya jay 50000cash diye the [protected]...

Company has taken 95600 from me for CSP Services and now no one is receiving calls and most of contact numbers are closed. It seems this company is totally fake. Oxigen refund my deposits.
