[Resolved]  Oxirail — Railway ticket cancellation

I had booked a ticket to travel from yesvatpur (Bangalore) to hubli the journy was scheduled on[protected]
for some reasons i had to cancel my ticket
when i log in to oxirail and select cancel ticket option it asks us to provide some oxirail ref. no which i was not able to find it anywhere on ticket. i tried to contact there cus. care no(Karnataka) it says the no is not valid.
I dont know how to cancel this ticket.
