oxygen — changed my email address by distributor

I am an retailer of oxigen which deals in paying bills and recharge.
Sir i faced a problem of changing my email address with mistek of distributor.
Now i not access my oxigen id.and my 1500/- rupees blocked in the oxigen.
pls solve my problem fastly.......
BECOZE I FACED IT BEFORE 3 WEEKS .......
