[Resolved]  Pal Group Properties — No giving money nor villa

Hi, I (Naveen Grover) booked a villa at Faridabad, Haryana with Pal Group in year 2007 through bank draft/ cash, the total amount was Rs . 350000/ . I had approched company so many times but they are saying that they donot have money to refund or not even having the property to give and if they will pay that too will only pay Rs 210000/ against 350000+interest+appriciation of that property they will pay in two year instalment without any interset that to will be started from 8th month after handing the cheque and asking us to hand over all original document relating to that property and give them in written NOC that we had recived all payments, the property they booked have already doubled they are reselling the same property at above price.
