Sub: Rash Driving

Yesterday Evening I am riding my bike towards Poonamalle to tiruvallur High Road, I saw one PTC Bus is rash driving the bus No is TN-01-N-9196 ROUTE (597- TIRUVALLUR TO T.NAGAR) the driver is not obeying the signal in poonamalle Pettai suddenly one school bus is coming in sriperumathur to poonamalle Even it was nearly hitting the school bus although the school bus driver was driving safely by the left turn side the government bus driver is talking the mobile phone and driving the bus .please advice the bus driver and take immediate actions to avoid accidents
