This is Regarding my PAN No-CFBPS8336B and Acknowledgment No-[protected], has been alloted from your side has been Dispatched to wrong address i.e.. Planman Consulting, HT-Media Ltd, 3-2, Sec-23, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, 201301, But I had mentioned the address in Form is Planman Consulting, Ht-Media Ltd, B-2, Sec-63, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, 201301.
So Please, Correct my address in the Data And Dispatche it to my Correct address.
