[Resolved]  Pan Card — Misprint of Father's name in received PAN card

I have received my PAN card (PAN card no: ALNPC0436C, your despatch ID :42679711, bundle ID: KOL-POST[protected]/7, PSA/ISW CODE :2WBA100, COUPON NO:[protected] on 23rd March, 2009 for which I applied in the month of February, 2009 but in the PAN card, my father's name has been misprinted as ' SANDIP KUMAR CHAKRABORTY' which actually should be ' DIPAK KUMAR CHAKRABORTY'.

I, therefore, request the concerned authority to rectify the father's name as 'DIPAK KUMAR CHAKRABORTY'.and send the corrected PAN card to the following address as soon as possible

I had received my PAN card (PAN card no: CCOPS9988K, WITH A DATE OF 13.12.2008. in the PAN card, my father's name has been misprinted as ' DHOMODARA NAIR which actually should be ' DAMODARAN NAIR’. I wrote a complaint in this regard and you processed my complaint and sent a fresh Pan card dated 02.05.2009. But, unfortunately, the same mistake is carried out in the new PAN card also. (REF: CHE/511/[protected]/[protected]

I, therefore, request the concerned authority to rectify the father's name as 'DAMODARAN NAIR’.and send the corrected PAN card to the following address as soon as possible
