Dear Sir / Madam,
I have missed to collect my PAN CARD (AKVPR5077M). As per suggestion given by Aaykar Sampark Kendra on Date: Tuesday, 10 March, 2009, 4:34 PM (please refer the attached mail screenshot), I have applied for Grievance Applications (CSF) on[protected]. Please refer the CSF attachment.
After that I have received the status as “This is to inform you that your PAN application is ready to go to the INCOMETAX department” from “Aaykar Sampark Kendra” on Date: Thursday, 26 March, 2009, 12:39 PM.
After that I have asked my PAN CARD status. But still I didn’t receive anything. Could you please let me know the status of my PAN CARD.

Note : In my PAN CARD, FIRSTNAME, MIDDLE NAME and SUR NAME and Address are wrongly entered. Which are modified in the CSF as like below.

I have already apply pancard .by mistake my father name & date of birth is mismatch.my acknowledge number [protected] .but my pan is not received.
