[Resolved]  Pan Card — new pan card not delivered to my home address

I had apply my pan card on 11th march and 21st march my card may delivered to my house address
but i didn't get till now I closely watched and get the below details
The ref no P[protected]
my coupen no is[protected]
asper your advise i sent my complaint in jpeg format and sent to you 10 days back
but there no reply from you
and 2 times i send the reminder mail, but there is no response yet from your end
Please treat this complaint as an important and takes the neccessary action to issue the pan card as
early as possible

I have my pan card but i want to know the address of my pan card because I forget my house address which I gave for Pan card.

Sir,
I had applied for a new PAN CARD which was supposed to be delivered to my residence address. I had received a confirmation SMS on my cell number some 8-10 days ago regarding the dispatch of card that the same was dispatched from their end but has not reached at my address.

Further giving you my Acknoledgement No.[protected]/PAN NUMBER:- BCHPP9766N

Requesting you to send my NEW PAN CARD at my following address:-
