[Resolved]  Pan Card — Pan Card Did not get

I received a SMS from SMSCaster.com on 13th may 2009: do u want a pan card in 300rs. please contact [protected]. I contact that person to get the PAN card for my wife. I gave 300 rs. and required document to the guy in 3rd week of may who came to my house named Venkat. I aksed for the address of the place from where he came. He gave me below address for communication.

Whenever I call to both numbers they are closed. I think I am cheated by those people. When I checked on the govt site for Pan card my wife application not even filed by those guys. Can I launch a police case in hyderabad on above details?

I lost my PAN card and Idont have any details of my PAN card
So please tell me what is the procedure to get new one of same number.
