[Resolved]  Pan Card — Wrong middle name embossed

My pan card no is ALVPM3478Q .My full name after marriage is DILNAZ BURJIS MOHTA whereas on the card it mentions (my fatherin laws name as )DILNAZ NADIR MOHTA. I request for the wrong name change embossed to be rectified and a new card be printed as soon as possible ,had also attached my marriage certificate and other documents. pls have the change done asap.
The name should be DILNAZ BURJIS MOHTA .
